Functionally, it works in much the same way as any other rotor truing tool, with slots that will grip and wrangle your disc brake rotor back into place when it starts rubbing and a wedge to spread the pads of the brake calliper, as needed, to fit the rotor back in place. The difference, though, is that it's lighter and more compact than similar tools – oh, and it will open your beer too!
